2. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via horsetonic.eu. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Prices may be changed without prior notice.

4. Order & Payment

An order is final upon receipt of payment. We accept Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay via Mollie. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are dispatched the same day via bpost. Estimated delivery times: Belgium 1–2 business days, Netherlands 2–3 business days, other EU 3–5 business days. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Belgium: free from €100, otherwise €5.95
  • Netherlands: €8.95
  • Other EU: €12.95

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Belgian law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your order without giving a reason. The product must be unopened and in original packaging. Contact info@horsetonic.eu for return instructions.

8. Warranty & Complaints

Our products are supplementary animal feed under European regulations. For visible defects or damage on receipt, contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or refund.

9. Liability

Horse Tonic supplements are supplementary animal feed and not medicines. Always consult a vet for health problems. SD Quality BV is not liable for improper use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, images, texts and brand names on horsetonic.eu are the property of SD Quality BV and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Applicable Law & Disputes

Belgian law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the district of West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
